All content, designs, code, and materials created by Morfity remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use deliverables as specified in their service agreement.
Payment terms vary by project and will be outlined in individual proposals. Generally, a deposit is required before work begins, with remaining payments due upon milestone completion or project delivery. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. We protect your business data and project details with strict confidentiality. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle data.
Morfity's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We warrant that our services will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards. This warranty is valid for 30 days after project delivery. Bug fixes and corrections are included during this period.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date. We will deliver all completed work upon full payment.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
